En la primera nota de este blog sobre Fracking Blues explicamos como se origin ó la t é cnica, porque es considerada un logro de la econom í a, de la informaci ó n y de el perfeccionamiento de las t é cnicas de perforaci ó n. Explicamos el origen y de donde viene la idea; as í como mencionamos que la carga emocional es muy intensa frente a la t é cnica. La ausencia de informaci ó n clara, la desinformaci ó n (mala informaci ó n intensional) y la informaci ó n selectiva y sesgada ( “ cherry-picking ” ) son elementos muy frecuentes en las situaciones que afrenta el desarrollo de la t é cnica.
